No injuries reported in south Lethbridge kitchen fire

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Emergency crews responded to a kitchen fire on the south side of the city on Friday.
Officials say Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services attended an apartment building in the 500 block of 6 Street South at around 12 p.m. on May 10, 2024.
Crews from four stations helped mitigate any further spread of the flames after a resident initially put out the fire.
No injuries to responders or occupants were reported and the damage is estimated at less than $20,000.
