LETHBRIDGE, AB – A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for parts of southern Alberta as of May 28, 2024.
Environment Canada says conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts and large hail.
The storms are expected to produce “severe weather”.
Affected areas include the Lethbridge area, as well as Taber and Milk River.
