Lethbridge Police warning of cougar sighting in Indian Battle Heights

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is reporting a cougar sighting in the city.
At approximately 11:15 a.m., LPS received a report of a cougar sighting in the Indian Battle Heights subdivision.
Fish and Wildlife have been contacted and are working closely with police to find the cougar.
Schools in the area have been made aware and are directed keep students inside. The public is also advised to stay away from the area.
