The Lethbridge Corn Maze celebrates its 25th anniversary

Aug 2, 2024 | 12:14 PM

The Lethbridge Corn Maze opened for its 25th season on July 26.

The owner of the corn maze, Theo Slingerland, says he chose his favourite maze design they’ve done in past years for the occasion – a spiderweb. The maze is 11 acres of corn and the blooming sunflower fields are said to be great for taking pictures.

In honour of its 25th anniversary, Slingerland wanted to give back to the people of Lethbridge, and said, “Every day, the 25th visitor that comes gets in for free, so that’s an extra celebration.”

Every Thanksgiving the Corn Maze holds an annual fundraiser where all admission proceeds are donated to a good cause.

Tickets can be purchased at the maze or their website.
