LETHBRIDGE, AB – There’s plenty to do around Lethbridge this weekend, and LethbridgeNewsNow has the details.

Food Truck Fridays – Every Friday

Get your favourite Food Truck meals just outside Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden in the parking area. There are tons of trucks for food both sweet and savoury from noon until 8:00 p.m. Information on the trucks can be found here.

Totally 80’s – August 7-24, 2024

New West Theatre’s first show of the 2024 season is underway. Totally 80’s is a throwback to the music, style and costumes of the 1980s, featuring multiple chart-topping hits. There are shows at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, along with a matinee on Saturday at 1:00. Tickets can be purchased here.

Babes n’ Brews: Birthday Edition – August 16, 2024

Come celebrate the one year anniversary of Babes & Brews at Theoretically Brewing on Friday night with a show. Doors open at 7:00, and the show begins at 8, featuring eight performers along with beer and pizza. Information can be found here.

Open Farm Days – August 17-18, 2024

In Open Farm Days, farms across the province open up their properties to the public to give them a chance to experience what work is done on the farm. It’s the year of the alpaca, and close to 160 farms across the province. There are multiple farms and businesses in Southern Alberta participating, including breweries and FarmingSmarter.

Lethbridge Farmers Market – Saturdays

The weekly market will run at the Lethbridge & District Agri-Food Hub & Trade Centre every Saturday until October 12. 2024 marks the first year the market will be at its new venue.

Summer Saturday – August 17, 2024

Learn more about the art and inspiration for the exhibitions through walking tours of the Galleries at SAAG. Tours will run every Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. from July until August. Tours are included with admission or free for members.
