Final weekend for most spray parks & outdoor pools in Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Labour Day long weekend will be the last time residents of Lethbridge can enjoy certain water-based outdoor activities this summer.
The City of Lethbridge says the following pools and parks will be closing for the season at the following times:
- Westminster Outdoor Pool’s final day is Sunday, September 1 from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m.
- Henderson Outdoor Pool’s final day is Monday, September 2 from 1:00 – 7:00 p.m.
- Gyro Spray Park’s and Rotary Centennial Fountain’s (Galt Gardens) final day is Monday, September 2 from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m.
The Legacy Spray Park will remain open “as long as Mother Nature provides enough heat.” It operates from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., unless daytime temperatures peak below 21 degrees Celsius.
