LETHBRIDGE, AB – UPDATE: The Lethbridge Police Service has identified three suspects who are wanted in connection to a commercial fire in the city. Since they have been identified, the surveillance photos have been removed from this article.

Original Story:

The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is asking for the public’s help in locating three teens who are believed to have set fire to a commercial building.

At approximately 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 1, 2024, firefighters were called to a blaze at a business on the 1500 block of 2 Avenue South.

The fire was set to the exterior of the building along the back alley.

No injuries were reported, but due to there being a heavy amount of smoke, there was an “extensive” amount of damages to the building. The estimated cost of those damages is roughly $300,000.

Anyone with information is asked to phone the LPS at 403-328-4444 and reference file 24017296.
