Parade of Homes launches Saturday in Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – You can check out some of the best and brightest new homes in the city.

BILD Lethbridge is gearing up to host the 2024 Parade of Homes from September 21 to October 6.

Executive Officer Bridget Mearns explains that it is a showcase of 12 “stunning” new homes in six Lethbridge neighbourhoods.

“Each of those communities, because they’re in new areas of the city, it brings you to places a lot of people may not have been yet and shows you exactly how our city is growing and the different amenities that are in each of these different communities,” says Mearns.

“It’s an opportunity to learn about even the changes in how we’re building homes.”

She says the event is great for a variety of people, including those who want to get started on their own new home and speak with developers, those who wish to learn about the latest-and-greatest in home design, and those who are just looking to have some fun browsing around new staged homes.

  • Suited Hemsdale, Copperwood
  • Comrie, Southbrook
• Van Arbor Homes:
  • The Kallyn Jeffrey, Crossings
  • The Anderson, Riverstone

Show home hours:

• Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Monday – Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Mearns tells LNN that all of the homes on display are worthy of checking out, but she especially likes the ones by Van Arbor Homes as they include elements that many may not have thought about before. The Cedar Ridge Homes are also known for their unique qualities.

Visitors can enter a draw to win a Backyard Prize Package valued over $3,000.

BILD Lethbridge has created a website and mobile app for the Parade of Homes. You can select which homes you would like to see and the software will create a map that will take you to each.
