LETHBRIDGE, AB – A house fire in west Lethbridge is being investigated.
Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to a residential structure fire at Mount Alderson Crescent West at 2:53 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1.
Crews from four stations arrived at the scene to find the house engulfed in flames. Firefighters were able to prevent the fire from spreading to the neighboring house despite the windy conditions.
Two people were taken to hospital for treatment. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, and initial damage is estimated at $450,000.
