LETHBRIDGE, AB – Its the week of Halloween, and there are plenty of events in Lethbridge throughout the week. Lethbridge News Now has all the details.

Field of Screams – October 18-31, 2024

Field of Screams is back at Spitz Stadium for 2024. The event is a walk through a haunted house created throughout the facility. It has been largely expanded this year, bringing the decorations all up to the top level of the stands and down into the dugout area. Tickets can be purchased here.

Footloose: The Musical – October 23-November 2, 2024

Get ready to kick off your Sunday shoes and boogie on down with Footloose: The Musical, put on by Lethbridge Musical Theatre. The adaptation of the classic 80’s musical runs until November 2 at the Yates Theatre, with showtimes at 7:30. Tickets can be purchased here.

Misery – October 25-November 3, 2024

In time for Halloween, New West Theatre is putting to stage an adaptation of Stephen King’s Misery. The story follows a writer who is saved after a car crash by an obsessive fan, whose motives turn sinister. Tickets can be purchased here.

Lethbridge Hurricanes vs. Swift Current Broncos – October 30, 2024

The Lethbridge Hurricanes are in action during the week for the first time this season, taking on the Swift Current Broncos at home. The Hurricanes are coming off a win over Red Deer on Saturday, October 26, but had lost to Swift Current the previous night. Puck drop is at 7:00.

Trick or Eat Food Drive – October 31, 2024

Interfaith Food Bank is holding its Trick or Eat Food Drive again this year. In the event, participants can go door-to-door collecting non-perishable food items. The food bank also says to consider including a donation as part of other halloween activities. Interfaith will remain open until 9:00 p.m. on Halloween to accept donations.

Lethbridge Hurricanes vs. Calgary Hitmen – November 1, 2024

The Hurricanes will play their second game of the week at home on Friday night, facing off against the Calgary Hitmen. That game also starts at 7:00.

BIPOC Foundation Legacy Gala – November 1, 2024

The BIPOC Foundation Legacy Gala is a formal evening gala event featuring cocktails, networking, dinner, and dancing. The event serves to both raise funds for the foundation’s programs while also showcasing incredible entrepreneurs and business owners in Western Canada.
