Lethbridge fire crews respond to vehicle fire

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Fire crews responded to a vehicle fire on the evening of Sunday, December 1, 2024.

Around 10:00, crews responded to a call about the vehicle fire in the 1200 block of 8 Street North. Firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control, and no injuries were reported.

The damage is estimated at less than $10,000.

Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services is reminding residents to check the extension cords they use for vehicle block heaters to make sure they are not damaged or frayed.
