LPS raises over $12K for Special Olympics Alberta

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is heralding their fundraiser from this past weekend as a success.

They help the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics “Cops, Pops and Pizza” event on Friday, December 6, 2024.

Held at Boston Pizza, the restaurant provided a cheque for $5,815.70.

With that plus merchandise sales and cash donations, the fundraiser brought in a total of $12,339.40.
