City opens funding opportunity for proposals to reduce homelessness

The City of Lethbridge is accepting proposals on how to prevent and reduce homelessness in the City.
The City will be financially supporting the proposals they choose, with the funds coming through the Federal Government’s Reaching Home Program.
The focus of the call is for organizations and projects seeking one-time investments including purchases of materials and equipment that align with the eligibility of the Reaching Home Program, and the City’s priorities outlined in the Community Wellbeing and Safety Strategy, Municipal Housing Strategy, and Needs Assessment.
