Canada Post employees working to deliver Christmas parcels

Canada Post says they’re working hard to deliver parcels before Christmas following the end of the strike.
They’ve processed the parcels that were held in the system and expect a significant portion of them to be delivered before Dec. 25. Postal workers will also be delivering this weekend in select cities to ensure more packages are delivered.
In addition, carded items held at the post offices during the strike will be available for 15 days after Dec. 17.
For domestic packages, Canadians should continue to expect delivery delays into early January 2025. Between urban centres, delivery delays of two to three days is also a likely scenario.
