City of Lethbridge sending out property assessment notices this week

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City of Lethbridge has mailed out its 2025 property assessment notices.
The notices will arrive in the coming days, and those who signed up for eNotices would have received their assessment notice by email.
If an assessment notice has not been received by January 16, residents can call 311, or 403-320-3111 if calling from outside of Lethbridge, to get a copy.
Questions about property assessments can be directed to Assessment staff through 311 or by email at assessment@lethbridge.ca.
