Firefighters respond to south Lethbridge vehicle fire

Lethbridge Fire & Emergency Services was called out to a vehicle fire Thursday morning.

Crews from four stations attended the 2800 block of 26 Avenue South just after 7:00 a.m.

They say a parked vehicle was on fire.

The flames were quickly extinguished and firefighters were able to keep it from spreading through the building.

Damages are estimated at $22,000 and an investigation into what happened is underway.
