Lethbridge Police charge five with drug and weapon offences at ‘problem property’
More than one dozen people were arrested on Monday as part of a drug bust, but five face charges.
The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) says they initiated a drug trafficking investigation in late March at a home on the 1000 block of 12 Street South following reports of suspicious activities.
LPS says the “problem property” has led to “a significant amount of social disorder, open drug use and property crime-related complaints in the area.”
A search warrant was executed on Monday, April 7, with police allegedly seizing a significant amount of cocaine, as well as quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine.
