This year’s Property Tax Notices in Lethbridge are set to be sent out on Tuesday, May 13.

City officials note taxes are due by June 30, 2025, with a seven per cent penalty applied to all unpaid 2025 tax balances as of July 1. Late payment penalties will not be waived for those who did not receive their Tax Notice.

If property owners have not received their 2025 Tax Notice by May 22, they can utilize MyCity, at Lethbridge.ca/MyCity to register their property using the roll number and access code provided on the Property Assessment Notice sent on January 2, 2025.

Once registered, a copy of your tax notice can be reprinted. Alternatively, individuals can contact 311 (or 403-320-3111, if outside of Lethbridge), or email tax@lethbridge.ca for assistance.

For those who have recently acquired property in Lethbridge and have not received their tax notice, proof of ownership will be required when contacting 311 or visiting City Hall for a copy.
