
Lethbridge Police conducting training exercise
Members of the Lethbridge Police Critical Incident Team are participating in training scenarios on the north side of the community today between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m.
From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. officials say officers will be training near Alexander Wilderness Park along the 600 block of Marie Van Haarlem Crescent. Then from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. training will take place in various areas of the north industrial estate.
During the scenarios, officials say there will be a highly visible police presence and training signs will be posted.
There is no risk to the public.
