Game 1 of Bulls’ playoff series rescheduled to Thursday in Lethbridge

The Lethbridge Bulls will have to wait a bit longer before they get the chance to play in the Western Canadian Baseball League (WCBL) playoffs.

Game 1 of the Western Division semi-finals at Gulls Stadium in Sylvan Lake was cancelled on Wednesday night due to rain and has been rescheduled.

The first contest in the series will now be played in Lethbridge tonight, August 7, at 7:05 p.m., followed by Game 2 on Aug. 8 in Sylvan Lake at 7:05 p.m.

If needed, Game 3 will also be played in Sylvan Lake on Saturday, Aug. 9, at 7:05 p.m.

The winner of the series will go on to play the winner of the series between the defending champion Okotoks Dawgs or the Brooks Bombers in the West Division Finals on Aug. 10, 11, and 12.
