Lethbridge’s outdoor pools & spray parks season extended

Families in Lethbridge will have a bit more time to get into the water and out of the summer heat.

The City of Lethbridge is extending the season for facilities like the Henderson Outdoor Pool and Legacy Spray Park by about six days, meaning they will remain open until Sunday, September 7.

Gyro Spray Park and the Rotary Centennial Fountain will close on Tuesday, September 2.

At the Westminster Outdoor Public Pool, the final public swim is set for Saturday, August 30. The following day, the Paws in the Pool event returns to Westminster, where dogs will be able to swim from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Paws in the Pool also serves as a fundraiser for the Lethbridge and District Humane Society. More details here.
