UPDATE (Sept. 4): The Lethbridge Police Service has apprehended Carter Dylan Rains. LPS is thanking the public for their assistance.

The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is asking for the public’s help with locating a man who has outstanding warrants for his arrest.

They say Carter Dylan Rains, 33, has one outstanding warrant for failing to comply with release conditions and one for shoplifting under $5,000.

Anyone who has information is asked to call LPS at 403-328-4444 and reference file 25015166.
