Fire causes ‘significant damage’ to west Lethbridge home

Nobody was hurt, but Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services (LFES) says a home sustained severe fire and smoke damage.

Crews were called to a residential structure on McGill Boulevard West around 12:30 a.m. on Friday, September 12.

Firefighters say they found heavy smoke and flames coming from a second-storey window.

The fire was brought under control, and it did not spread to any neighbouring units.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
