Commercial fire extinguished in north Lethbridge

Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services (LFES) was called out to a fire on Wednesday night.

It occurred around 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 24, on the 500 block of 13 Street North.

Firefighters say the blaze started at the back of the commercial building.

The fire was quickly extinguished, preventing it from spreading to any nearby units or structures.

Fire damages were confined to the building’s exterior, although there was some smoke damage inside.
