First election forum in Lethbridge set for Saturday

Voters in Lethbridge will have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with the candidates in the 2025 municipal election.

The Lethbridge Public Library is set to host a meet-and-greet with the mayoral and city council candidates on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the downtown branch.

Guests will be able to book five-minute chat sessions with the candidates of their choosing and speak with them one-on-one about the issues that are important to them.

The 2025 municipal elections run from October 8-20 in Lethbridge.

Residents will have a few options for where they would like to vote:

  • Cor Van Raay YMCA on October 8, 9, 10, 11 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20.
    • 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day
  • Lethbridge Trade & Convention Centre on October 8, 9, 10, 11 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20.
    • 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day
  • Trinity Reformed Church on October 20
    • 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
