Full unofficial results of Lethbridge’s municipal elections

We now know all of the projected winners of the 2025 municipal elections in Lethbridge.

While the unofficial results of the mayor’s race were already announced on Tuesday, city workers have now finished counting all ballots for city council and the two school boards.

Mayor:

  • Blaine Hyggen *incumbent – 7,340 votes (42.97%)
  • Ryan Mennie – 6,435 votes (37.67%)
  • Quentin Carlson – 1,810 votes (10.6%)
  • Michael Petrakis – 679 votes (3.98%)

City Council:

  • Belinda Crowson *incumbent – 8,508 votes
  • Jenn Schmidt-Rempel *incumbent – 7,854 votes
  • Rajko Dodic *incumbent – 6,841 votes
  • Ryan Wolfe – 6,395 votes
  • Al Beeber – 6,347 votes
  • Rufa Doria – 6,272 votes
  • Mark Campbell *incumbent – 6,203 votes
  • Ryan Parker *incumbent – 6,001 votes

Lethbridge School Division trustee:

  • Cheryl Meheden – 5,460 votes
  • Christine Light – 4,494 votes
  • Kristina Larkin – 4,467 votes
  • Allison Purcell – 4,412 votes
  • Brooke Culley – 3,926 votes
  • Craig H. Whitehead – 3,892 votes
  • Tiffany Hill – 3,422 votes

Holy Spirit Catholic School Division trustee:

  • Carmen Mombourquette – 1,709 votes
  • Linda Ellefson – 1,669 votes
  • Tricia Doherty – 1,608 votes
  • Bob Spitzig – 1,590 votes
  • Roisin Gibb – 1,582 votes

The results of the municipal elections will become official at noon on Friday, Oct. 24.

The swearing-in ceremony for mayor and councillors will take place on Monday, Oct. 27, at 1:30 p.m. The event is by invite only, but there will be a livestream on the City’s YouTube channel.
