Outage impacting Access-A-Ride & Ride-on-Demand in Lethbridge

The City of Lethbridge says some bus trips may not be operating today.

Just after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23, an unexpected system outage was reported for both Lethbridge Transit’s Access-A-Ride (AAR) and Ride-on-Demand (ROD) services.

Until further notice, customers are not able to schedule rides for AAR or ROD. Those that have already been booked for today may not be able to operate as drivers cannot access their schedules.

The MyRide and ROD apps may experience technical difficulties.

Fixed-route services are not affected.
