Farm to Fork returns next month
Tourism Lethbridge is once again partnering with local municipalities and organizations for an event celebrating the connections between local producers and restaurants.
Savour Alberta’s South: Farm to Fork aims to highlight restaurants, breweries, bakers and cafes that feature menu items made with locally sourced ingredients, from bison-burgers to greenhouse grown soups and sandwiches.
Tourism Lethbridge is participating to highlight the partnerships that make the area a destination for food lovers.
“Savour Alberta’s South celebrates collaboration — between chefs, producers, and communities,” says Dominika Wojcik, Senior Director of Communications, Tourism Lethbridge, in a press release. “It’s a showcase of how southern Alberta’s food scene continues to grow through innovation, partnership, and pride in place.”
