Friends of Lethbridge Public Library book sale

The Friends of Lethbridge Public Library are holding a pre-holiday bag sale later this month.

Close to 500 boxes of books will be up for sale, including 350 boxes of adult fiction as well as toys, DVDs and CDs.

Shoppers will be able to buy a grocery bag of books and other items for just $5, with oversized bags priced accordingly.

Funds raised from the sale will support special projects, programming and service for both branches of the Lethbridge Public Library.

The sale is at the Main Branch Library on 5 Avenue South on Nov. 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Nov. 23 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
