The FIFA stars of tomorrow can get some hands-on experience from Lethbridge’s collegiate soccer players.

The University of Lethbridge Pronghorns, in partnership with Building Safer Communities and the City of Lethbridge, is hosting a free soccer camp for local youth.

Those aged 12-17 can take part in a two-hour session on Saturday, Nov. 29, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the Co-Op Centre for Sport & Wellness.

The registration form can be completed online and emailed to buildingsafercommunities@lethbridge.ca.

There are a maximum of 35 spots, and follow-up emails will be sent in one-to-two business days to confirm registration.

The camp is part of the Off the Record program, which helps to reduce barriers to recreation for youths.

It is made possible through the Building Safer Communities Fund and is a partnership between the City, Lethbridge Police Service, and Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services, along with other community partners.
