The Blood Tribe Police Service (BTPS) is continuing to investigate a pedestrian collision, and they are asking for your help.

They are asking anybody who witnessed the incident around 11:20 p.m. on October 10, 2025, to contact them.

The BTPS says a vehicle had struck multiple pedestrians near the Trading Post in Standoff, just off of Highway 2.

The driver of the vehicle reportedly fled the area prior to the arrival of police.

A 15-year-old girl was seriously injured and was airlifted to Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary.

A 19-year-old woman sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. She was taken to hospital in stable condition.

Police say the vehicle, a white 2015 Ford Explorer, was found near the Standoff Townsite shortly afterward. The driver was arrested without incident.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to come forward, along with anybody who has cell phone, doorbell cam, or dash cam footage of the collision.

They are asked to call the BTPS at 403-737-3800 and reference file 251513873.
