Interfaith Food Bank celebrating Holidays with Christmas Treat Sale

Nov 25, 2025 | 4:40 PM

Interfaith Food Bank is celebrating Christmas by baking up a storm in the Co-op Community Kitchen.

Organizers say Food Recovery Volunteers have created a selection of Christmas goodies for community members to purchase in support of food bank programs and services.

Homemade Treat Boxes are said to include an assortment of traditional holiday cookies and squares, and this year they are expected to go fast as they are an excellent option for gifts for clients or employees in addition to family, friends and neighbors.

Community members are encouraged to reserve their boxes in advance, and payment will be accepted on pickup.

Christmas Treat Options:

• Small Treat Box $15 (approx. 16 pieces)

• Large Treat Box $35 (approx. 32 pieces + eggnog loaf)

To order, reserve treat boxes online at www.interfaithfoodbank.ca/treatbox.

Officials say all treats are fresh baked and frozen to ensure best presentation for your holiday celebration. Goodies can be picked up at Interfaith Food Bank during the Christmas Market on Dec. 6 between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Invoicing is available for large orders.
