On-street parking can resume as City of Lethbridge lifts snow routes

Dec 1, 2025 | 2:20 PM

Drivers can once again park their vehicles on designated streets in Lethbridge.

The City of Lethbridge has deactivated snow routes, effective at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 1.

Snow routes were first declared on Friday after last week’s snowfall.

The declaration of snow routes allows plows to clear the roads more effectively and do so without running the risk of hitting parked cars.

“Residents are thanked for their support in clearing vehicles from snow routes so crews can quickly and safely clear our streets,” reads a notice from the City.
