Crowsnest Pass RCMP requests public assistance in armed robbery investigation

Crowsnest Pass RCMP are requesting public assistance in an armed robbery investigation.

On Dec. 11, 2025, around 1 a.m., Crowsnest Pass RCMP responded to a call of an armed robbery at the Greenhill Tavern located at 12326 – 20 Avenue in Blairmore.

Mounties say that two suspects entered the tavern, brandishing a can of bear spray at staff, before departing with a large amount of Canadian currency.

No staff members were physically harmed during the robbery, according to police.

Anyone with footage, dashcam or otherwise, of the area surrounding Greenhill Tavern between 12:30 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Thursday, is asked to review the footage and submit anything of interest.
