Families in the Lethbridge School Division can gain some valuable insights and ask any pertinent questions they have.

The Division will host its annual Town Hall event on Tuesday, Feb. 3, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Students, parents/guardians/caregivers, staff, and community members are welcome to attend the meeting at Victoria Park High School.

Board Chair Christine Light says the collective voice and shared perspectives from all community members are essential to creating strong public schools.

“Our Board values every member of our Division family, and Town Hall is one way we are able to connect with all levels of our community to hear feedback on important issues,” says Light.

The purpose of the Town Hall is to collect feedback to assist the Board of Trustees and the Division in planning for the future.

“Trustees are there to listen,” said Light. “All feedback gathered on-site and online is reviewed by the Board and Executive Council and helps guide strategic planning for the Division moving forward.”

Registration details will be released soon, along with the questions and topics that will be up for discussion.

More information on Town Hall 2026 will be available on the Division website at www.lethsd.ab.ca as plans for the evening are finalized.
