May be on her way to Edmonton

Missing: Jennifer Richter, 42, of Dinsmore, Sask.

The RCMP in Outlook, Sask. are expanding their search for a missing woman who police believe may be driving to Edmonton.

Dinsmore, Sask. resident Jennifer Richter, 42, was last seen in Saskatoon on Jan. 4 and was reported missing on Jan. 12.

Police say they’ve checked places Richter has been known to visit and have followed up on information received, but have been unable to locate her.

As a result, they are now turning to the public to report information on Richter’s whereabouts.

She may be driving a blue 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe with a Saskatchewan license plate 040 LKH.

She is described as five feet one inch tall and 100 pounds with brown eyes, brown hair, and multiple tattoos on her back, legs, and arms. These tattoos include skulls on her right hand and arm, and a woman with wings on her left arm.

She was last seen wearing green leggings, a black shirt, and a light pink jacket.
