Snowfall Warnings remain in place for parts of southern Alberta Thursday.
According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), periods of heavy snow will continue today, although amounts will vary widely, with general amounts of 10 to 15 cm expected by Thursday night.
Officials say heavier amounts of 25 cm or more are possible, particularly for higher elevations west of Fort Macleod, and near Waterton Lakes National Park.
North of Lethbridge, heavy snow will continue today, with total amounts of 25 to 40 cm expected.
