Earth Day celebration taking place at Legacy Park

The City of Lethbridge is celebrating Earth Day Saturday at Legacy Park.

Attendees will be able to enjoy free family activities and participate in a community cleanup to earn a Verdant Quest Badge for their efforts.

Experts will also be on hand to educate on how to protect our waterways and drought-resilient landscaping techniques.

The event will also include a free compost giveaway while supplies last and a performance from the Lethbridge Community Taiko Drums.
