Students explore careers at EPIC Day in Lethbridge

Career Transitions hosted its 15th Annual EPIC (Exploring Possible Industries & Careers) Day on April 22, welcoming around 600 students from 34 southern Alberta schools and nearly 80 businesses.

Intended for Grades 9 and 10, the event rotated students through five 20-minute sessions with exhibitors across Agriculture & Environment, Trades, Healthcare, STEM, and a wildcard field.

Hands-on activities, demos, and discussions aimed to offer insight into each career.

Students also had the opportunity to tour a local business to see how different roles play into daily operations.
