Mobile Mammography coming to Fort Macleod this month

Alberta Health Services will be in Fort Macleod later this month with its mobile mammography unit . 

The trailer, to be set up outside the community’s health centre at 744 26th Street South, will provide eligible inviduals with specialized breast x-rays.

Screening is free of charge for those between the suggested ages of 45 and 74.

It’ll take place on Friday, the 22nd, and Saturday, the 23rd, and appointments are now being taken.
