Lethbridge man faces new charges after breaching conditions

Lethbridge Police have charged a 47-year-old man after he reportedly violated a series of conditions related to child sexual offences.

James Robert George Martinac was released from custody back on Friday morning.

Less than five hours later, he was caught by police at a public library viewing images of children, contrary to a lifetime ban.

Martinac had completed a four-year sentence for sexual interference, child luring, and possession of child porn.
