Girls Got Game comes to Yoshinaka Field last weekend in May

Yoshinaka Field in Lethbridge will be playing host to a cool event later this month – the Girls Got Game Kids Baseball Camp May 29th and 30th.

Brent Radlinsky. one of the people behind the event, says that player development will be one of focuses of the two-day session.

“We’re gonna have Lethbridge Bulls coaches and players will be getting down to the basics or some advanced level, as well,” explains Radlinsky.

“From simple throwing and catching, running drills, hitting the baseball off a tee…really, to get it out there that girls can really do this too.”
