Recent rain storms damage Magrath irrigation system

The Magrath Irrigation District says the big rain storm, that started over the weekend, did some damage to its infrastructue. 

As a result, the Town won’t be receiving irrigation until at least next week – possibly, next Thursday or Friday when repairs are complete. 

It’s a bit of a setback in that staff were able to get the system pressurized a couple of weeks back, ahead of schedule.
