It certainly was not the start the Lethbridge Bulls were hoping for, as they opened a six-game road trip in Sylvan Lake last night.
The Gulls managed to score four runs in the bottom of the second on their way to a 6-1 win over the Bulls.
Caeden Willaert, who pitched 49 strikes on 83 balls over five innings, took the loss.
With Okotoks winning 12-8 last night over Edmonton’s Energy City, Lethbridge falls to second place in the WCBL’s West Division.
