Traffic disruptions expected Monday and Tuesday around busy Mayor Magrath Drive intersection

The City of Lethbridge is warning of traffic disruptions around the intersection of South Parkside Drive and Mayor Magrath Drive for Monday and Tuesday.

It says groundwater monitoring and well sampling work will result in the westbound-to-southbound turning lane, from South Parkside Drive to Mayor Magrath Drive, being closed.

The eastbound lanes of South Parkside Drive, between Mayor Magrath Drive and the frontage road, will also be shut down to traffic.

This work is expected to take the full two days, weather permitting, and be wrapped up by Wednesday, Canada Day.
