UPDATE:

Alberta Rivers has ended the High Streamflow advisories for the Oldman, St. Mary, Waterton, and Belly rivers.

There are currently no advisories for the Oldman River Basin.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Four rivers in the Oldman River Basin remain under a High Streamflow Advisory.

The Oldman, downstream of the dam, has seen water levels peak and are on the way down.

At last check, flow rates were also coming down near Lethbridge to 255 cubic metres per second, down from the 265 about four hours earlier.

Levels, however, do remain high because of controlled releases by upstream dams.

The same holds true for the Waterton, St. Mary, and Belly rivers.

Advisories on Pincher and Willow creeks were lifted over the weekend.
