Modern 1930's 'feel'

Coalhurst council passes new aestethic policy to help create an identity for community

Council with the Town of Coalhurst has adopted a new aesthetic policy meant to give the community a certain look and feel into the future.

In October 2024, the Council of the day looked into a branding that would see Coalhurst showcased as a modern 1930’s community.

On Monday, town council voted in favour of the new policy, which will help create a foundation as it focuses on growing business and industry within its boundaries.

The guidelines will, however, have some flexibility to allow for projects to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
