North Lethbridge garage fire contained

No injuries have been reported following a garage fire in north Lethbridge Monday.

Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to a garage fire in the 2100 Block of 17 Street North at approximately 3:50 p.m. on July 20. 

City officials say firefighters from three stations responded. Upon arrival, crews found an active fire inside the garage. The fire was quickly brought under control, preventing it from spreading to neighbouring properties. 

The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental.
