Area MLA joins U.S. trade mission to Chicago to meet state legislators

Livingston-Macleod MLA Chelsae Petrovic is one of three Alberta MLAs at a U.S. national conference of state legislators in Chicago this week. 

In a release Friday, it said Petrovic would help to advance Alberta’s priorities and lay the foundations for ongoing partnership and engagement. 

“Alberta has an important story to tell, and I am proud to help showcase our province as a reliable trade partner,” said the first-term MLA. 

Premier Danielle Smith agrees, believing most elected officials in the States understand the value of a relationship with our province.
