Lethbridge’s annual Heritage Day Festival set to go Monday

Aug 3, 2026 | 10:10 AM

Henderson Lake Park in Lethbridge will be brimming with activities Monday as the city celebrates its multicultural heritage.

The Southern Alberta Ethnic Association (SAEA) is, once again, hosting a day chalked with food and live entertainment.

The free family fun event begins at 11 a.m. and organizers warn that parking in the area will be limited with several thousand people expected to attend.

A suggestion being made, however, is that you take the bus, with Lethbridge Transit operating on a Sunday schedule for Heritage Day.
